Fly the Ivy-Flag whilst staying safe and responsible! The John Simons face mask is constructed from hand woven Indian Madras. Hand cut and sewn in London, England, the mask features:
A wire nose bridge
Elastic ear fastening
Indian Madras outer
Cotton poplin lining
Please note that no two masks are the same. You may find that your mask will differ slightly from that pictured, as this is dependent on which section of the fabric the mask was cut from.
This particular model is constructed from a rare bleeding madras. Bleeding madras is a hand-spun yarn which is non-colourfast, meaning it will bleed and fade overtime resulting in a unique patina as it is laundered. This type of fabric was extremely popular throughout the 1960’s and utilised by many of the key shirt makers throughout the Ivy League Boom Years. Please handwash separately.
Available in a range of fabrics. Stay safe, stay well, stay Ivy.
